已取得的主要研究成果:
(1)仿生制備了細(xì)胞膜導(dǎo)電高分子,在此基礎(chǔ)上首創(chuàng)了神經(jīng)細(xì)胞識(shí)別有機(jī)導(dǎo)電高分子,使制備長(zhǎng)期植入神經(jīng)假體和人機(jī)界面神經(jīng)電極成為了可能;
(2)在運(yùn)用導(dǎo)電高分子電刺激神經(jīng)方面也取得突破,顯著地提高了神經(jīng)組織再生速度,軸突生長(zhǎng)增強(qiáng)高達(dá)125%,優(yōu)于Langer組的方法,結(jié)果已被Nature Communications接發(fā)表。
(3)首創(chuàng)可非損傷移除生物電極材料概念,并研制耦合電響應(yīng)性導(dǎo)電高分子,基于該技術(shù)本工作將進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)與神經(jīng)細(xì)胞靶向作用的電響應(yīng)性對(duì)解決人工耳等神經(jīng)假體修正和再植入對(duì)神經(jīng)組織的二次損傷等技術(shù)難題的解決具有重大意義。
(4)在異性材料(如超親水和超斥水)的電化學(xué)共聚和納米尺度的逐層組裝、全有機(jī)導(dǎo)電材料細(xì)胞模板、電刺激控制細(xì)胞定向分化及蛋白分泌等方面也做出了原創(chuàng)性的貢獻(xiàn)。
(5)在高分子物理方面原創(chuàng)成果:發(fā)現(xiàn)海藻糖可替代水,以氫鍵網(wǎng)絡(luò)完美穩(wěn)定DNA的三維結(jié)構(gòu),并顯著提高其熱穩(wěn)定性,為開發(fā)常溫有核細(xì)胞保存技術(shù)指明了新方向;發(fā)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)作用相容高分子結(jié)晶引發(fā)的非晶組分納米尺度的相遷移,為制備功能梯度材料提供了一個(gè)新思路;與合作者首次實(shí)現(xiàn)低熔點(diǎn)高分子在高熔點(diǎn)組分片晶之間的納米受限結(jié)晶,為研究聚合物結(jié)晶成核理論提供了一個(gè)理想模型;首次實(shí)現(xiàn)了相容高分子在外驅(qū)動(dòng)場(chǎng)作用下可控相分離并制備大面積功能納米模板;首次闡明了高分子酶降解與鏈構(gòu)象和運(yùn)動(dòng)性的關(guān)系,為生物降解行為的調(diào)控提供了全新方法。
迄今為止已在Nature Communications, Progress in Polymer Science,Advanced Materials,ACS Nano,Advanced Functional Materials,Macromolecules等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文66篇,其中SCI收錄論文為62篇,影響因子超過5的為33篇,最高影響因子為26.4。論文總引用次數(shù)為1716次,單篇引用次數(shù)最高為267,H-index為23。在國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上發(fā)表38篇會(huì)議論文,做口頭報(bào)告24次,主題和邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告6次。
