螺桿造粒機概述   Description

        在固體與液體共存并以固體為主的分散體中，利用分散體的自粘性（或外加粘結性），通過強制方式（如擠壓、重力、離心力、機械力、氣流沖力等）使固體粉料基本微粒相互粘接、增大，并形成一定形狀和粒度均勻、集中的顆粒群。 

        濕法造粒成套裝置主要由混合（捏和）、造粒、干燥及其輔助系統(tǒng)設備構成。粉料經混合（捏和）后，進入造粒機形成所需粒度的含濕產品，經干燥得到顆粒狀成品，從而實現(xiàn)造粒的目的。

        SET型雙螺桿擠出造粒機分前出料式和側出料式，前出料式造粒直徑一般在 1.5~12mm之間選擇，側出料式造粒直徑一般在0.7~2.0之間選擇，顆粒形狀為圓柱狀，成粒率≥95%。
