噸包卸料站 Big Bag Discharge Station

    噸包卸料站用于噸袋裝粉粒物料拆包卸料作業(yè)。在應(yīng)化工、橡膠行業(yè)和其他行業(yè)使用，對(duì)大袋（噸袋）裝的塑料樹(shù)脂，炭黑和食品添加劑等干燥粉粒物料進(jìn)行拆包卸料作業(yè)。它通過(guò)提升噸袋至設(shè)備進(jìn)料口，人工拆開(kāi)噸袋下料口，卸料并輔以振動(dòng)裝置促使噸袋內(nèi)的粉粒物料靠重力落進(jìn)貯斗中來(lái)完成拆包卸料工作

     我公司設(shè)計(jì)的噸包卸料站是采用內(nèi)外雙重密封，不會(huì)使物料產(chǎn)生破損和泄露，具有操作方便，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn)。它特別適用于有毒，易燃和強(qiáng)腐蝕高粉塵的場(chǎng)合。公司會(huì)按照客戶的粉粒體性能要求以及卸料能力和工作環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)**方案。

     根據(jù)卸料的方式不同，噸包卸料站分為兩種結(jié)構(gòu)：一種噸包卸料站是靠叉車將大袋（噸袋）吊裝到卸料機(jī)的機(jī)架上，它本身不帶起重設(shè)備。另一種噸包卸料站是靠自身攜帶的起重設(shè)備將大袋（噸袋）吊裝到卸料機(jī)的機(jī)架上，不需要外界的幫助。
