AA-20DD實時自相關(guān)儀用于平滑快速測量飛秒和皮秒脈寬。自相關(guān)儀不同型號對應(yīng)不同波長，AA-20DDM使用3個可互換光電探測器和光學(xué)元件可以覆蓋這幾個波長范圍。根據(jù)需要可以覆蓋兩個獨立的范圍。輸入脈寬范圍從10 fs至30 ps，易于監(jiān)視不同的激光器系統(tǒng)，尤其是飛秒和皮秒振蕩器（監(jiān)視放大器，見ASF-20單次自相關(guān)儀）。
儀器使用USB接口，可以連接Windows操作系統(tǒng)的計算機。提供Labview驅(qū)動及多種軟件工具。采集的脈寬數(shù)據(jù)可視化，可存儲或?qū)С鰐xt或dat文件?？梢杂嬎悴崟r顯示自相關(guān)函數(shù)和*終FWHM飛秒脈寬。而且，可以高斯或雙曲線擬合，也可查看強度函數(shù)。統(tǒng)計分析功能可以對幾個單獨的脈沖測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比。
AA-20DD（132×123×118 mm）體積小，可以用在任何對空間要求嚴(yán)格的實驗裝置中。
可選擇光纖輸入，不同光纖進(jìn)行快速可靠脈寬測量。而且，這種情況下自相關(guān)儀依然可以進(jìn)行自由空間測量。
