本機由油壓控制輥簡加壓、銅擋板的調(diào)節(jié)以及鋼刮刀的調(diào)整，可在操作面板上控制使用。
輥筒粟用二層式離心鑄造，加強機械強度，耐磨性佳，且熱傳導均勻，防止輥筒表面不均勻的膨脹．本機器完全由操作面板控制使用，易于實施作業(yè)標準化，生手、半生手操作
員皆能輕易操作。能偵測及有效控制輥簡溫度。此設備為做色片物料及高強度物料的理想設備。
