摘要: 將分散劑、納米碳酸鈣和聚丙烯(PP)切片按一定比例混合紡絲制得改性PP纖維。并研究了改性PP纖維的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)分散劑與納米碳酸鈣的質(zhì)量比為1∶3,納米碳酸鈣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.3%時(shí),改性PP纖維的斷裂強(qiáng)度和初始模量最大,分別為7.97,90.36 cN/dtex.納米碳酸鈣在改性PP纖維中分散均勻,且粒徑為40~80 nm。與PP纖維相比,改性PP纖維的取向度變化不大,結(jié)晶度有所提高,但當(dāng)納米碳酸鈣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)大于等于2%時(shí),其結(jié)晶度下降明顯。 The modified PP fiber was prepared by blending a dispersant,nano-calcium carbonate and polypropylene(PP) chips at a specific ratio.The structure and properties of modified PP fiber were studied.The results showed that the breaking strength and initial modulus were maximized as 7.79 and 90.36 cN/dtex respectively when the mass ratio of the dispersant to nano-calcium carbonate was 1∶3 and the content of nano-calcium carbonate was 0.3% by mass fraction.The nano-calcium car- bonate with particle size of 40-80μm...
