摘要: 粒度的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定關(guān)系到金剛石性能的表征。本文研究了試樣濃度、超聲波強(qiáng)度、分散時(shí)間及分散劑的加入對(duì)金剛石微粉粒度測(cè)定結(jié)果的影響,結(jié)果表明,試樣濃度低或高,粒度測(cè)定結(jié)果偏大;超聲波強(qiáng)度的增大和超聲波分散時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)明顯地有利于粒子的分散,有利于粒度的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定;加入適量的分散劑六偏磷酸鈉后,測(cè)試結(jié)果重現(xiàn)性好。 The exact size detection of ultrafine diamond affects a lot its performance characterization.The influence of concentration of the sample,intensity of ultrasonic,dispersing time and dispersant on the size measurement was studied.The results showed that the increase or decrease of concentration of the sample led to the error increase.The increased intensity of ultrasonic and prolonged dispersing time favorates exact size detection of ultrafine diamond.The addition of dispersant of sodium hexametaphosphate fa...
