摘要: 采用液相萃取法,通過四氫呋喃從水相中萃取出硅酸,經(jīng)有機(jī)醇共沸蒸餾,制備了表面酯化改性納米二氧化硅的醇分散液,其外觀透明、均勻穩(wěn)定,二氧化硅含量可高達(dá)35%,達(dá)到納米級分散。研究了在少量納米二氧化硅作用下,納米復(fù)合聚酯涂膜的物理機(jī)械性能。結(jié)果表明,少量納米SiO2能提高涂膜的硬度、耐磨性和紫外吸收性能,不影響透明度。 Silica was extracted from the sodium silicate solution to THF firstly,and then the nanosilica alcohol solution was prepared by distillation.The solution was stable,uniform and clear.The content of SiO2 could be up to 25%.SiO2/polyester composite film was obtained by mixing the nanosilica alcohol solution with the polyester.Performance tests of the composite film were carried out according to the national standard.The results showed that the nanosilica alcohol solution had a good compatibility with polyester...
