摘要: 通過熔融接枝的方法制備了高分子型界面相容劑HDPE-g-MMH,并將其應用于HDPE/CaCO3填充體系,考查了HDPE-g-MAH對HDPE/CaCO3填充體系的增容效果和增容機理。結果顯示,HDPE-g-MAH有效提高了HDPE/CaCO3兩相組分的界面黏結,使復合材料的力學性能有明顯的改善。 Interfacial compatibilizer HDPE-g-MAH for nano-meter CaCO3/HDPE composite was prepared by means of melt extrusion-grafting. The effect and mechanism of HDPE-g-MAH on the composite were studied. The result showed interface bonding was formed between nano-meter CaCO3 and HDPE matrix, which improved the mechanical properties of the composite obviously.
