摘要: 使用行星式球磨機(jī)對水鎂石粉體進(jìn)行超細(xì)研磨,討論了不同球磨工藝參數(shù)(球料比、球磨轉(zhuǎn)速、球磨時間、料漿比)對水鎂石粉體出料粒徑的影響,并將研磨后的水鎂石粉體添加到不飽和聚酯樹脂中,制得聚酯材料。使用激光粒度分析儀和掃描電鏡對粉體的粒徑和形貌進(jìn)行了表征;使用熱重分析儀、氧指數(shù)測定儀對聚酯材料的熱分解性能和燃燒性能進(jìn)行了測試。結(jié)果表明,在球料比2.5、球磨轉(zhuǎn)速450 r/min、球磨時間20min、料漿比1時,水鎂石粉體的粒度顯著降低(d_(50)=0.14μm,d_(90)= 0.21μm)且形貌均勻;添加研磨后的水鎂石粉體制得的聚酯材料熱分解溫度顯著提高,具有優(yōu)異的阻燃性能。在最大熱分解速率時的溫度從352.72℃提高到379.14℃,氧指數(shù)由26.3提升到30.5,達(dá)到難燃要求。 The fine brucite powder was prepared by high-energy planetary ball milling in this paper.The influences of ratio of ball material,milling time,ball grinding rotational speed on powder particle size were discussed.The composite materi- als were obtained by adding the nano powder in the unsaturated polyester resin.The powder particle size and morphology were characterized by the laser granularity analyzer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM);the thermal decomposition and combustion properties were tested
