摘要: Ceramic coatings were prepared on titanium substrates by micro-arc oxidation technology, and the effects of different mass concentrations of CeO2in silicate-based electrolytes on the surface morphology, microstructure, phase composition and corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coatings were studied. XRD results showed that the phase of the ceramic coating was composed of Ti and TiO2, and with the increase of the mass concentration of CeO2, the phase composition of the coating remained unchanged and the thickness gradually increased. The SEM results showed that the number of micropores first decreased and then increased, the pore size increased, and the coating surface was more uniform and dense. The experimental results show that the micro-arc oxidation process can improve the corrosion resistance of the titanium matrix by using silicate-based electrolyte system, constant pressure mode and stage boost mode, and the mass concentration of CeO2is 2 g·L-1, the corrosion resistance of the coating is the best.
