1. 原理和理論Principle and theory:
顆粒在壓縮時要經(jīng)歷初步壓縮、顆粒重排、初始結(jié)構(gòu)形成、彈性形變、塑性形變、顆粒破碎、結(jié)合鍵形成、進(jìn)一步壓實及卸去壓力后的彈性恢復(fù)等系列變化,顆粒結(jié)構(gòu)被破壞并發(fā)生重組形成新的結(jié)合鍵及壓縮體;通過對粉體施加屈服強(qiáng)度變形所需的主應(yīng)力,來分析粉體的體積、空隙率,壓縮度與屈服強(qiáng)度關(guān)系即(主應(yīng)力與粉體密度的變化關(guān)系),采用經(jīng)驗方程法:Heckel、Kawakita、Adams方程及川北方程線性回歸方程的壓縮理論來分析粉體顆粒新品、研發(fā)固體產(chǎn)品比如在藥物配比及工藝選擇方面及壓實密度對壓力的要求等的預(yù)測性分析工具.
本機(jī)型還可以實現(xiàn)粉體電阻、電阻率、電導(dǎo)率的測量(導(dǎo)體粉末),可通過粉體壓縮與阻抗的變化關(guān)系或者粉末體壓縮過程中的靜電測量(絕緣粉體顆粒).通過電性能的變化來判斷粉體壓縮特性.
