工作原理

流化床氣流粉碎機（下文稱氣流磨）是一種利用高速氣流來實現(xiàn)干式物料粉碎的設備。它由磨體、噴嘴、分級機等部分組成，物料通過進料口進入磨體內部粉碎區(qū)，壓縮空氣通過超音速噴嘴向磨體內高速噴射，粗顆粒在超音速的噴射氣流中加速，并在噴嘴的交匯處對撞粉碎。被粉碎物料隨上升氣流進入分級區(qū)，在分級機的作用下，大于分級粒徑以上的粗顆粒物料返回磨體內部繼續(xù)沖擊粉碎，符合分級粒徑的細顆粒成品，則通過分級輪經過管路進入除塵器收集，微粉收集系統(tǒng)由粉塵收集器構成。超細粉通過密封管道進入收塵器后，由排料系統(tǒng)排出包裝即是成品。粉塵進入粉塵收集器，通過布袋過濾（德國必達福濾袋）后的氣體，在引風機的作用下抽出，尾氣排入大氣中。其排放的粉塵量低于國家的環(huán)保部門規(guī)定的粉塵排放標準。
