大英聚能科技發(fā)展有限公司位于遂寧市大英縣工業(yè)集中發(fā)展區(qū),現占地75畝。大英聚能專注于新能源材料的技術研發(fā)、生產和經營,是一家擁有多項自主知識產權核心技術的國家高新科技企業(yè)。公司現有員工69名,現有博士后及博士5名,碩士研究生5名,享受國家津貼教授級專家2名,大專以上學歷畢業(yè)23人,研發(fā)和技術人員占公司員工總數50%。



大英聚能自主創(chuàng)新成功研究開發(fā)了高表面功能化活性炭材料的生產技術,并已獲得國家***(ZL 2010 1 0157245.7)。該產品主要用作超級電容器(EDLC)和超級電容電池的電極材料。針對高性能超級電容器及電池,還成功開發(fā)了特種石墨烯材料,碳納米管和高性能的復合導電劑等新型材料,該產品應用于超級電容器和電池中,可以明顯改善電池的容量發(fā)揮、循環(huán)使用壽命等性能。

目前,公司已投資5000萬元,建設產能規(guī)模達300 t/a的高表面功能化活性炭材料生產線,產品可與國際**公司產品媲美。同時還已建成并投產規(guī)模為50 t/a(漿料級)、10 t/a(粉體級)超級電容器、鋰離子電池等用特種石墨烯產業(yè)化生產線。



  DayingJuneng Technology and Development Co., Ltd is located in the industry zone of Daying Country, Suining City with a construction area of 22,500 m2. As a high-tech company with independent intellectual property rights and core technology, DayingJuneng specialized in the technological development, manufacture and sales of advanced materials for new energy. The company has 40 employees, including a post doctor, a doctor, two masters, a professorexpert and 20 staffs graduated from college, that comprise more than 50% of the total employees of the company.

  Co-operated with leading institutes and colleges, DayingJuneng has successfully developed a technology to produce top-quality high-surface activated carbon (patent No. CN200610022034.6). The material is ideal for EDLC and supercapattery. To improve the performance of EDLC and supercapattery, DayingJuneng has also developed special graphene. Besides, high-performance combing conducts, carbon fiber and carbon nanotube, which could improve the capacity and cycle life of batteries, are also in development.

  The company plans to invest 30 million on high-surface activated carbon and related energy storage devices. At present, an activated carbon production line for EDLC with a capacity of 100 t/a was accomplished, the products’ quality rival those of top-level company in the world. Another 20 million was invested to produce 50 t graphene slurry and 10 t graphenepowder for EDLC and supercapattery each year.
